RATES

Low season (except school holidays)

• Weekend (from Friday 6pm to Sunday 6pm): 150 €
• Mid-week (from Monday 11am to Friday 12am): 210 €
• Semaine (from Friday 6am to Friday 12am): 266 €

Tourist season (school holidays)

• Weekend on request and according to the possibilities
• Week (from Saturday 3pm to the next Saturday 11am): 395 €

Cleaning: 40 €

Rental guarantee: 125 € on arrival. 10% of the value of hiring are devoted to furniture.

Heating fixed price:

• Winter: 5 € / day from 10/01 to 04/30
• Summer: included

HIRING CONDITIONS

1. The prices indicated are meant electricity, water and tax included.
2. The reservations are final only after reception of the down payments (30% of the amount of the hiring).
3. Those are not refundable; they can nevertheless remain sure for a later hiring (12 months at the latest) and if desistance at least takes place 1 month before the date of arrival.
4. The pay of the hiring is exigible as of the provision of the dwelling.
5. Whatever the duration of the stay, a guarantee of 125 € will be perceived and restored at the time of the departure, after inventory.
6. The house must be left in the same state as on arrival.
7. The total number of occupants should not exceed 6 adults plus 1 child or baby.
8. A garage is placed at the disposal of the tenants.
9. Animals are not allowed.
10. To carry: cloths and towels.
